Well, there is only a few days left before the event, and I have just barely begun my training -- note that I'm certainly not a capable inline skater, although it's only 12km. At present, I am only at about the 70% mark in my needed endurance level for the run. Much of it is attributed to my busyness in the past weeks (it is the Income Tax season here) and the inclement weather earlier this month. To add to this, I will also be helping out as an usher in my friend's wedding this coming Saturday (so, no training on that day, and a possible late nighter just before the 10 am Sunday run!!). Still to-do, I have to overhaul my rollerblades with new wheels, bearings and a brake pad.
Anyway, if you still wish to sponsor me for this event, my TN2008 web link is:

TN2008: My stake is raised higher
I had just raised my stake for the Tour Nortel 2008 fund-raising: My goal is now $700. I believe that I should attempt to raise more for the benefit of these charities, for a great cause. My TN2008 web link is:

On the physical training side, I still have not quite started yet. Well, the paths that I usually train on are still icy and wet. Hopefully, with the good warm weather, it will quickly improve. Also, I still have to overhaul my rollerblades, i.e. the wheels, bearings and brake-pad replacements. My to-do list. We shall see...
